We offer a service in which we take on landlord's property / properties and find tenants for them. We currently have a large list of "potential tenant's", these are people who are currently seeking rented accommodation, we use this so when the right property comes along for them we can let them know straight away and may already have a tenant wanting into your property immediately.
We also advertise online through our own website and through propertypal.com, and for further advertising we will post your property on to our social media sites and also add it to a current list of rentals that we have available, which is readily available within our office, this is regularly picked up in store throughout the week.
By doing this we insure that as many people are aware that your property is available and heighten interest, making your property more likely to get tenants sooner rather than later.
We also make sure we get the right tenant for your property, we do this by asking all potential clients to fill in our rental application, providing references, which we check to try and guarantee we are getting the best possible tenant for you.
Lastly once we have found the right tenant's for you, we draw up a tenancy agreement, provide a rent book and hand the keys over, once the full deposit is received.
From here you will continue the tenancy and look after rental payments and repairs, however we do provide a management service for rental properties if you feel that you would like to receive further assistance with the handling of your property.

When you take on our Rental Management Service, this will mean that we will assist in the completion of all forms (housing benefit / standing orders etc.), we will also assure that both you the landlord and the tenant receive clear monthly statements.
All maintenance issue and repairs will come through ourselves and anything the tenant needs will be dealt with solely through us. We also carry out inspections on the property, the fist usually being after the first 3 months of the tenancy, to insure the standard and quality of your property is being acceptably maintained.
